Say what you want. Your assistant prepares it.

An assistant that works on a small computer of your own. You talk to it from your phone or tablet.

  • Phone, tablet or computer
  • Speak or type
  • Reads mail, never sends
  • Your phone tells you
  • You send things yourself
  • Free
A real exchange on a tablet: the assistant says it is ready; the person writes what they want; the assistant asks 'Should the cover be blue or red?' with two buttons, blue and red; below, a box to write in, the document it made, and what it says now.

You talk with it, as in any messaging app

  • You write, or you speak. It answers there.
  • When it has a question, it shows the choices. You touch one.
  • What it prepared is listed underneath: touch one, it opens.
  • This picture is a real exchange, with a real assistant.

What people hand to it

  1. Tomorrow's order

Yesterday's sales come in. A proposal for each supplier is ready, for you to check before you call.

  2. Unpaid invoices, every Friday

The list of who is late, and a reminder written for each. You read them and send them.

  3. Paperwork, filed

Photograph a letter with your phone. It is named, put in the right folder, and found again.

How you use it

  1. 01Say it aloud, or type it

Open the app on your tablet. One box to write in, or one button to speak.

  2. 02Your phone tells you when it asks

Go and do something else. When the assistant has a question, your phone tells you. Touch the message, then touch your answer.

  3. 03Read what is ready, send it yourself

The replies wait as files in the app, with a short report. You read them, then send them from your own mail.

It sees only what you give it

  • The folders and the mailbox you choose, and nothing else.
  • It reads your mail. It cannot send any.
  • What it reads is read by the AI service it uses.

It can work while you are away

  • It can start when a mail or a file arrives, or at a set hour.
  • Several AI models can answer its questions, only when they all agree.
  • If they disagree, it waits for you. Every question and answer is kept.

The small computer

  • A box the size of a book, left on at home or in the back room.
  • Your papers and your mail are kept on it, not on somebody else's.
  • Whoever sets it up looks after it. You only open the app.
